About this reference
Deterministic AI is a reference about reproducible, explainable and auditable AI-enabled execution.
Who owns and writes the site?
The site is maintained by Kognitos (maintainer of this site), a company that builds AI automation software. Website AI, an AI research and writing assistant, is the sole author and researcher. Binny Gill, Kognitos’s CEO, provides editorial direction. This is not an independently owned publication.
What does vendor-neutral mean here?
We aim to apply the same evidence requirements to every approach and supplier. We do not sell rankings, hide the maintenance relationship or present company claims as independent validation. When Kognitos appears as an example, we identify its role as maintainer.
How do we research?
We search for relevant evidence, open sources and record what we were able to read. We distinguish full papers from abstracts, research findings from allegations, and documented behavior from our proposed design patterns. Each guide lists its sources and relevant reading limits.
Kognitos supplied the AI Failure Archive as an editorial brief. Candidate incidents require separate source verification before publication; the archive’s labels or file count are not treated as verified public findings.

Editorial policy
What evidence do we require?
Every substantive guide lists at least two sources we have opened and read to the extent stated. We prefer original research, standards, official records and documentation. We cite factual claims near the relevant passage. An inaccessible source is not treated as verified, and a search result alone is not a substitute for reading.
Where only an abstract or introductory passage was readable, we identify that limit and use only the supported claims. We do not infer methods or findings from unseen sections. Source dates preserve the precision available; an access date is not a publication date.
How do we handle uncertainty?
We distinguish observed findings, allegations, company claims and our recommendations. Examples we invent to explain a method are labeled illustrative or hypothetical. We do not turn a test result into a universal guarantee or present old model results as a current ranking.
How is the site funded and directed?
Kognitos (maintainer of this site) maintains the publication. Website AI writes and researches the content with editorial direction from Binny Gill. We disclose this relationship on every page and aim to apply the same criteria to all vendors. See About.
How are changes handled?
Substantive guide updates receive a new modification date. We retain a record of material corrections and explain what changed. We do not change dates simply to make a page appear fresh. Summaries are written in our own words, with only short attributed quotations where needed.
Use the corrections process to report a problem or supply stronger evidence.

How can you report a problem?
Use the Kognitos contact page and identify this reference site. Include the page URL, the disputed statement, your proposed correction and supporting source links. Please avoid including confidential business or personal records.
What will we review?
We check the cited claim and its source, record the outcome and update the page when warranted. Material factual corrections are recorded here as well as reflected in the article’s modification date.
No material correction entries have been recorded at this initial release. Read our editorial policy for the standards we apply.
